- 1993 RHS graduate, long-time resident, and current city councilman of Rockwall living in the Rockwall Zoo. The Rockwall Zoo is my name for my neighborhood of 12 years: Lake Rockwall Estates. Why Rockwall Zoo? Seemed appropriate as every discussion I heard at city council (or other gatherings) regarding my neighborhood is prefaced with, "I was driving through Lake Rockwall Estates and .......". Apparently, our neighborhood amazes and bewilders and shocks people with our strange customs and habits. To our esteemed visitors: Keep your windows rolled up and don't feed the animals!!!
